This is the biggest beta update we've seen in 2026. Version 18.6 lands with a brand new character that the team has been quietly working on for months, a reworked movement system that honestly just feels better to play, and a round of fixes that finally addresses the lag spikes players were hitting on mid-range devices during squad drops. If you've been holding off on updating, this one is worth it.
New Update &
Changelog
Every change, every improvement, and every new feature we've shipped for FF Beta Testing all in one place. We update this page every time a new version drops.
Version 18.4 was primarily focused on getting the new map zone ready for player feedback, along with a batch of bug fixes that came directly from the feedback we received on 18.2. The revamped looting system also made its first beta appearance here, and so far the community response has been really positive.
Version 18.2 was a character-focused update. We introduced two reworked characters whose old kits just weren't landing well in testing, and the new versions feel much more meaningful to play. There was also a significant balance pass on several weapons that had been dominating the meta for a few builds.
Version 18.0 was the first major beta of 2026 and it set the foundation for everything that's come since. This update brought the new engine changes, a refreshed UI, and a serious round of anti-cheat improvements that we'd been building toward for several months.
